Q - What time can we arrive at our holiday home
Normal arrival time is 4:00pm on the afternoon the holiday starts.
Q - What time do we need to leave on our departure day
Normal departure time is 10:00 AM to allow time to prepare for the next visitors.
Q - Are linen and towels included
Bed linen is provided for the number of guests staying but please bring your own towels.
Q - Is the cost of electricity included
Yes there is no extra cost for electricity.
Q - How will we find our holiday cottage

Q - Where will we get the keys
You will be able to access the keys from a coded security box at the cottage - full details will be given when you receive your booking confirmation. This means that you can arrive whenever you like after 4:00pm.
Q - How do I book the Cranesbill Cottage
You can book through this website by clicking here. We currently accept paypal which means you can securly pay with various credit and debit cards with no charge. Q - Do you charge a booking fee
No, there are no additional booking fees.
Q - How much do I need to pay when I make my booking
A deposit of £50, is collected when a booking is made. When a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the holiday is due to start, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
Q - When do we need to pay the balance on our holiday
The balance on a holiday is payable 28 days before the date the holiday is due to start. If the holiday is booked less than 28 days before it is due to start, the balance and deposit are payable together at the time the holiday is booked.
Q - Can I bring my pet with me
Subject to prior agreement, 2 well behaved dogs or cats are welcome and we do not charge any extra for pets staying.
Q - Is there parking
Yes there is 1 space available off the road, to the side of the cottage buildings.
Q - Am I able to book a short break rather than a week
Of course - we are happy to accept short break bookings at certain times of the year. Please feel free to contact us for details.
Q - Is smoking allowed
Please refrain from smoking inside the cottage for the comfort of future guests. You are free to smoke outside the cottage where there is a bench to sit on.
